All of our bathtub orders are shipped via a freight truck (LTL - with a lift gate), originating on the West Coast or the East Coast depending on your address. The Freight company is required to call and verbally schedule your delivery day. Freight deliveries are curbside, meaning your will need a couple of strong workers to move your carton in/onto your property/home/garage.

Every Malibu Home Bathtub is made specifically to your order in our factories in the USA. Most tubs take 2-3 weeks to manufacture... and then a week to ship.

If you decide for whatever reason to return your item, you have 30 days. Custom orders are NOT returnable. Adding a tile flange or liner overflow is a custom order. Customers are responsible for RETURN Freight charges and a 30% Restocking Fee. Customer must re-package shipment in original carton and on pallet with care - damaged returned shipments will not be credited.

Yes. We will e-mail you a tracking number (when your order ships - not when you purchase an item) to the email address given at the time of purchase.

You have 24 Hours to Cancel an order, no questions asked. However, due to non-reimbursed credit card transactions fee we can credit you in full minus 3%. Yes, we don't like the credit card companies either.

You cannot Cancel an order after 24 Hours as we will be manufacturing your order for you. We do not stop a tub once it has begun the process.

It is very important not to dispose of the container your item was shipped for two days. You must inspect your shipment for any damages potentially caused by the freight company.

You have 48 hours to report a damage claim that has occurred during shipping. Our shippers only allow a 48 hour window to open a damage claim.
