Customer must give driver Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork provided by Malibu Home. Driver will not take bathtub with BOL paperwork. Upon inspection of returned bathtub at Malibu factory (NO DAMAGE) - Malibu will refund original bathtub purchase minus 3% credit card fee.
